e-Invoicing

e-Invoices with your own logo on them

You upload your letterhead — an SVG from your designer, or a PNG or JPG — and it becomes the background of every invoice. Your logo, your house style, your footer. You then move the blocks yourself, to the millimetre, so the address and the amounts land beside your logo rather than on top of it. Without letterhead you get a tidy invoice on blank paper.

The invoice list with outstanding, overdue and the number of open invoices

Your own numbering, your own wording, and all of it in your organisation's language — headings and totals included. Oifis keeps track of what is open, what is part-paid and what is past its due date; for those who do not pay there are two reminders and a final demand, each with its own term and the collection costs added.

  • Your own letterhead as the background, or blank
  • Draft, sent, part-paid, paid — in one list
  • VAT per rate, and shifted where it has to be
  • Mailed to the customer with a bcc to yourself
  • Approved hours become invoice lines by themselves

This is what it looks like

An invoice from Oifis

This is not a mock-up: the PDF comes straight out of the programme, from the example environment you get with a trial. Click it to see it large, or download it and open it in your own PDF reader.

It says SAMPLE across the page because it comes from a playground. A real invoice does not carry that.
