Projects

Four kinds of work, four ways of counting

Not every project is time and materials. A fixed price, a monthly amount or a share of the proceeds each count differently, and the tool should know that rather than you. Beside it stands whether a project is billable at all: internal work belongs on no invoice.

Under a project sit the activities hours are written against, each with its own unit — hours, quantities or a lump sum. Rates go per project, per activity or per person.
