Social Media Manager

One post, all your channels

You write your post once and choose where it goes: Telegram, X, and with the Newsletter module your mailing list as well. After saving you adjust the text per channel — shorter for X, fuller for the newsletter — without touching the others. Send it right away, or schedule it for later.

Sending happens per channel and never all-or-nothing. If one fails, whatever succeeded simply stays, you see the reason the platform itself gave, and you retry only that part. Facebook, Instagram, Threads, Pinterest, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube are coming.

See per channel what happened

The list shows for every post, per channel, whether it went out. A tick means it worked, a clock is waiting for its moment, a cross failed — with the reason the platform itself gave, such as X refusing a duplicate post. Only the failed channel gets a Retry button: what is already on Telegram does not go on it twice.

You set up channels once

Which channels you have and with which keys lives under Settings, not on the screen where you write. That is also where you switch a channel off without losing the posts already on it. Someone who only writes posts never sees the keys.

Which channels

Telegram and X now, and with the Newsletter module your mailing list too. What you need per channel:

Telegram

A bot you create in two minutes with @BotFather and make an admin of your channel or group. Free, with no approval beforehand. Text and images.

X

Through your own X app, with the four keys from the X developer portal. That way you use your own allowance at X and share it with nobody. Oifis counts characters the way X does. Text only for now.

Newsletter

Add the Newsletter module and the same post goes out as a campaign to your mailing list, through your own mail provider.

Coming

Facebook, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok and YouTube. They need approval from the platform itself first, and then join the Social Media Manager.
